- Divide youth into groups of four.
- Shout out words, one at at time, and encourage youth to work together to form those words with their bodies. For example:
- Ask, "How is everyone doing?"
- Walk around the room and assist those who need help.
- Congratulate everyone for working so well together.
- Say, "Now that you've had some practice, let's see how fast you can go. When I say a word, quickly work together to spell it out with your bodies. I'll let you know which team is the fastest."
- Play a few more rounds by calling out a few more words.
- Congratulate everyone for their efforts.
- Say, "Phew! That was a lot of work, and a lot of fun. Let's all calm down our bodies. Have a seat, and let's discuss how this activity went."
- Ask participants:
- Did you enjoy making Human Letters?
- What worked well?
- What could have gone better?
