- Say, “Today we will pair up to play a game called Tangled.”
- Divide youth into pairs.
- Assign a Partner A and Partner B in each pair.
- Have Partner A hold both arms straight in front of them with palms facing outward.
- Instruct Partner A to cross their arms and clasp their hands.
- Say, “Without letting go, bring your hands around and up – with thumbs moving towards your face – until your clasped hands are upright and tangled."
- Have Partner B point to the finger they want Partner A to move without touching the finger.
- Say, “It’s harder than it looks!”
- Have Partner A and B switch and repeat.
